People with complex needs are understood as having multiple issues in their lives which can include mental health and or addictions, development issues, involvement in the criminal justice system or problems with finding and maintaining housing.

At Optima Care we provide care and treatment programmes for people with multiple needs such as mental health, dual diagnosis of learning and / or physical disabilities.

Acquired brain injuries, challenging behaviour, dementia and a variety of other complex conditions, including "technology dependent" clients who may need oxygen, tube feeding or suctioning.

Optima Care's specialist nursing services team can help with long-term conditions and on going healthcare needs resulting from chronic illness.

Care and Support

Our homes are experienced in offering care packages for clients who may have had placement breakdown, and those who challenge the current service provision.

Working in partnership with community mental health teams, risk assessment plans are agreed with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and the client. Coupled with clear management strategies have proved to contribute towards the individuals progress.

Our care homes and supported living services offer individualised care packages tailored to each service users needs; from 1:1 support 24/7 to high staff ratio care provision and care when needed you can be assured of our flexible approach to addresses risks and support individuals to attain personal growth and achieve positive outcomes.
